It is understood that no patent, copyright, trademark or other proprietary right or license is granted by this Agreement, other than a limited right of use in accordance with the Purpose. All right, title and interest in the Confidential Information shall remain the sole property of Owner and nothing contained herein, including the disclosure of any Confidential Information and materials which may accompany the disclosure, shall result in any obligation to grant Recipient rights therein. Nothing herein contained will be deemed to limit or restrict the rights of Owner to assert claims for patent or copyright infringement against Recipient.
