Dear AnneWe just finished barcode label example(size: 10cm*5cm) shipment to SVI. Please refer photo attached and check if layout is ok.And we will stick one barcode label on one side of carton. Attached photo for your ref. We will make sure that label wouldn’t be covered by yellow wrapping tape.If this layout is ok, we will charge NT 8/pcs for one barcode label fee. As there are three parts(Date Code, PO no. and Q’ty ) we may have to change each time. We can't just print many labels at a time. As always, we would do our best to satisfy customer. Therefore, we will help cover the costs of sticking labels. Here is example for label charge:If we ship 20 cartons for one shipment, we will charge 20*NT 8/pcs=NT 160.As we normally get final shipping list on Tuesday morning, there will be two days left to collect parts, printing labels and sticking label for shipping on Thursday. We will try and see if we have enough time to run it smoothly first. We can think of one critical thing so far. If SVI cancel shipping after we get labels on the cartons, there will may be date inconformity problem. For example, we already have labels on cartons of date Dec.2019(1912), but we are asked to ship next month instead. There will be double label charges. And we will not tear off original labels since it will may damage carton. We will stick label on original label, just cover it. We tried to scan double labels by barcode scan APP on phone. As a result, it still works. Since we have to create the layout of each item. There are over 200 items. It will take plenty of time to do it at the first beginning. We will be ready to ship with barcode labels on Feb. 2020.Please get back to us if you have any comments or suggestions on labels layout.Thank you so much.
