Summing up, the result of SHRM at the firm level is the generationof a decent climate and a transparent culture considered as the foundationof a virtuous green cycle able to promote SDGs. The integrationof sustainability at the organizational level is perceived as an intermediateindicator between the individual and the environment. Fromone perspective, it creates a necessary milieu for initiating the developmentof employees’ characteristics to behave in a socially and environmentallyresponsible way toward the firm; but from another, it contributes to establishing an interconnected society and a protected environment.
