Can you please disable the zoom in

Can you please disable the zoom in function of setting a wallpaper? Although there are some images that doesn't fit on the home screen, there some that can already fit in the screen. Zooming it in would only cause the image to be out of fit. Please allow users to control the display of its homescreen, especially the zoom in and out function.
