For the TS condition for chips in tape/reel – capella don’t suggest to do that
-20~60C *10cycles or less + baking 60C at 24 hrs at least is necessary
If the condition is over than this one , Capella won’t guarantee its performance ,and risk

If P/L think it is necessary to put chips in TS condition
Capella prefers to doing by package level
The TS condition can be -40~85C , then FT , tape/reel , baking to ship to htc
