ARTICLE 12.26Amendment of the List of Geographical Indications 1. The Parties may amend the list of geographical indications in Annex 12-A (List of Geographical Indications) in accordance with the procedure set out in subparagraph 3(a) of Article 12.63 (Working Group on Intellectual Property Rights, including Geographical Indications) and paragraph 1 of Article 17.5 (Amendments) by, inter alia:(a) removing geographical indications which have ceased to be protected in the country of origin; or(b) adding geographical indications, after having completed the opposition procedure and after having examined the geographical indications as referred to in Article 12.25 (Established Geographical Indications) to the satisfaction of both Parties.

（a） 取消在原產國已不再受到保護的地理標誌;或
（b） 在完成反對程式後，在審查了第12.25條（既定地理標誌）中提及的地理標誌後，增加地理標誌，使雙方滿意。
