 负责智能电子公交站亭应用开发，与北京公安、公交等系统洽谈合作项目，负责项目实施建设。
 赴德国、日本等考察安防产品的发展，主持与天津武警指挥学院、北京科委联合立项。
 在各地建立销售网络、制订销售策略与措施。跟进重大项目，建立技术支持培训部，完善销售服务体系。
