Duties:
? Maintain client computer, printer and peripheral systems;
? Install and implement hardware and software updates and enhancements;
? Report and log all requests for IT services;
? Analyze client’s hardware and software problems and offer solutions;
? Work closely with other IT staff to encourage the productive use of the system’s capabilities;
? Ensure that YCIS IT inventory list is up to date, assist with annual inventory update;
? Monitor client’s use of IT hardware and peripherals and report abuse or misuse on any part of the users;
? Any other duties as assigned by Head of IT;
Skills/qualifications:
? Bachelor Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science;
? 3-5 years experience in Corporate IT setting;
? Comprehensive understanding of computer hardware and software.
? Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, fluency in conversational English is a must;
? Strong customer focus, a willing team player and a self-starter;
? Analytical, good in finding solutions for clients
