7.6 Mandatory Prepayment relating non-completion of ATB Acquisition
If (a) the completion of the ATB Acquisition does not take place within one (1) Month after the Utilisation Date or (b) the Borrower fails to deliver to the Lender the documents as specified in Schedule 4 (Completion Documents) within the timeframe set out in Schedule 4 (Completion Documents), the Borrower shall upon a written demand of the Lender immediately repay all of the Loan, together with accrued interest, and all or any other amounts accrued or outstanding under the Finance Documents.
