Having executed and returned the vessel contract / letters of intent, Seaspan has five further business days to cause the
other parties to the contracts to enter into same. If Seaspan fails to achieve this (except if the delaying party is a
charterer) then the ROFR falls away and the opportunity reverts to GCII-LLC
