54.7 Where the Service Provider or its Affiliate is liable to the Customer or its Affiliate for any payments under this Agreement (except for the payment of Service Credits which shall be in accordance with Annex 3 (Service Level Management and Acceptance Procedures)), such amounts shall be made to the Customer in rubles.
