Yes, I do think your performance is lower, but not based on the amount of
orders. It’s based on the amount of mistakes!
You just need to figure out the resource you have in the factory. It does
exist!
“99% of young talent guys will never come to this industry, and we just
need to live with this fact.” In that, I mean most of highly educated guy
as you will not choice to work in the factory like this. You just have to
deal with a lot of lousy guys in this factory. You do not need to like
them, but you have to respect and work things out with them.
I agree with you partially that maybe you do not get your personally issues
into your job. However, you probably do not get me right. I expect to gain
more value to share more benefit with all of you. Would you pay more for
something if you were already getting it with lower cost for no reason?
