Overall, the participants found the exercise intervention and program beneficial. What I liked best was it was structured exercise so that I didn’t have to decide, “Okay, I’m going to go down and ride the stationary bike.” I didn’t have to find the internal motivation because that was a little tough to find during my treatments. If I knew they were coming every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at 9 and 2 o’clock, I just got ready for it and did it. I enjoyed having the structure and the consistency.
