随着时代的发展，电子产品在我们的生活中越来越普遍，尤其是我们最长使用的手机。手机过去只是用来通信交流，而如今手机的功能越来越多，它的给我们带来的好处有很多，而缺点也显而易见，许多人因此成为了低头一族。
现在不管在哪个场所我们总是能看见一些低头玩手机的人，因为手机的功能越来越多，而且许多年轻人痴迷于手机游戏与各种社交软件。但是除此之外还有一些其他的原因，例如人们之间缺少了交流，相对于面对面交流现在的人们更喜欢用手机去交流，仿佛手机就是整个世界。
对于这种现象，作为青少年我们应该要从自己做起，我们应该多出去做一些运动，能够经常面对面的与他人交流，而不是一个人闷在房里玩手机。除此之外，一些公共场所可以组织一些娱乐运动吸引人们的兴趣，让人们之间能够多一点交流，这样将会大大减少低头一族的产生。
