habits,whether good or bad,are gradually contracted.when a person does a certain thing once and again,he is impelled by some unseen force to do the thing repeatedly,thus a habits is formed.it is difficult,and sometines impossible to shake off.it is,therefore,very important that we should exercise great care in the formation of habits.
some of which remain with them as long as they live.older people also form bad habits,and in some cases become ruined by them.
