Notwithstanding the termination of this Agreement, Each of the parties agrees that the software programsof the other party contain valuable confidential information, including but not limited to source codes, andeach party agrees it will not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, create other works from, or disassembleany software programs contained in the Confidential Information of the other party without the prior writtenconsent of the other party.
