一、二階文件以及跨部門之三階文件正式發行後，QS人員負責在一週內對相關部門的專責人員進行培訓，之後由各專責人員於二週內執行部門內部培訓，所有3職等（領班）以上人員均應參與。QS在文件發行三週後對文件培訓的執行狀況進行查核。
