To evaluate the proposed system, computational simulations were carried out using MATLAB together with real time evaluation tests. Fig. 7 shows the waveform obtained when the proposed system is required to perform a time expansion of Spanish word “Hola” (Hello). Figs. 8 and 9 show the waveforms obtained when proposed system is required to perform the time expansion of English sentences “I have thirteen cat and thirty dogs at home” and “I would like to read the best book about tigers.” These figures show that the waveform of the time expanded signals are quite similar than the original ones.
