La società nasce nel 1978 con il posizionamento di un pontile galleggiante nel porto di S.Margherita Ligure la cui finalità e’ la cura e l’assistenza delle imbarcazioni a mare.
In un secondo tempo integra la sua attività a mare con altre attività di assistenza a terra quali rimessaggio,manutenzioni meccaniche,elettriche e verniciatura/riparazioni.
Nel 1993 si associa con la Ma.Mi. di Portofino la cui specializzazione era, oltre l’ormeggio ed i servizi a mare a Portofino, quella di costruire e commercializzare gozzi tradizionali liguri.
Nel 2000 le due società si fondono in un'unica entità e proseguono,integrandole le proprie attività.
Abbiamo consolidato i rapporti con la cartello srl di Carasco, importatrice e distributrice esclusiva del marchio Yanmar per l’italia divenendo cosi’ concessionari per le province di Genova e La Spezia di motori e ricambi Yanmar e delle eliche Nakashima.
Attualmente abbiamo in produzione oltre ai gozzi tradizionali dislocanti quelli di versione semiplanante che tuttavia mantengono le caratteristiche estetiche della versione tradizionale con prestazioni più elevate.
