Job Descriptions:
Generates or transfers appropriate documents from each business unit such as product specifications, drawings, BOMs, and test plans to ensure the production/quality.
Leads/coordinates project team and ensure the project tasks implemented on time, communicates with overseas business units and operations team to make sure the engineering database transfer.
Designs/customizes automation solutions in accordance with industrial or company standards/procedures, and meet with the customer requirements. .
Resolves technical problems during product development and after production launch. Evaluates and approves requested parts/products deviation from specifications.
Evaluates, tests, and approves any design/material related changes for localized parts on assigned products, which would affect product performance or reliability.
Prepares reports and presentations as needed to communicate project status and issues to customer and management.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 3 year experience in product engineering or project management;
Sound knowledge of engineering theory and design practices.
Knowledge of valves design, with pneumatic/electric automation experience is preferred.
Good communication skills and also good in verbal and written English.
Familiar with production process flow, product design, and application.
Familiar with SolidWorks and AutoCAD or similar engineering software.
