Job Descriptions:
Generates or transfers appropriate documents from each business unit such as product specifications, drawings, BOMs, and test plans to ensure the production/quality.
 Leads/coordinates project team and ensure the project tasks implemented on time, communicates with overseas business units and operations team to make sure the engineering database transfer.
 Designs/customizes automation solutions in accordance with industrial or company standards/procedures, and meet with the customer requirements. .
 Resolves technical problems during product development and after production launch. Evaluates and approves requested parts/products deviation from specifications.
 Evaluates, tests, and approves any design/material related changes for localized parts on assigned products, which would affect product performance or reliability.
 Prepares reports and presentations as needed to communicate project status and issues to customer and management.


Job Qualifications
 Bachelor degree in Engineering or related discipline.
 Minimum 3 year experience in product engineering or project management;
 Sound knowledge of engineering theory and design practices.
 Knowledge of valves design, with pneumatic/electric automation experience is preferred.
 Good communication skills and also good in verbal and written English.
 Familiar with production process flow, product design, and application.
 Familiar with SolidWorks and AutoCAD or similar engineering software.
