For company incorporated locally or overseas, the Bank reserves the right to conduct search at the Companies Registry in the country of origin in respect of such company. Should there be any discrepancy between any search result and the information provided by such company, the Bank reserves the right (including but not limited) to decline account opening request from such company, or if such company has already opened an account(s) with the Bank, to require rectification of such discrepancy and/or limit the use of, suspend and/or terminate, such account(s).

對於公司在本地或海外註冊成立，銀行有權就該等公司在公司註冊在原產國進行搜查的權利。
如有任何搜索結果，並通過這樣的公司所提供的信息之間的差異，則銀行有權（包括但不限於）從這樣的公司下降開戶請求，或者如果這樣的公司已經開了一個帳戶與銀行，要求這些差異的整改和/或限制使用，中止和/或終止，這樣的帳戶。
