Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

mit meinem im Januar bestellter mp3-Player bin ich vollauf unzufrieden. Die angepriesene Shuffle-Funktion hat von Beginn an schon nicht funktioniert. Bedingt durch eine Reise war mir die Reklamation zum damaligen Zeitpunkt leider nicht möglich. Nun kommt hinzu, dass das Gerät extreme Probleme bei der Wiedergabe von Liedern hat. Will man von einem Lied in das nächste springen, beginnt das folgende Lied nicht am Beginn, sondern nach reichlich anderthalb Minuten, auch wenn in der Anzeige 0:00 Minuten angezeigt werden. Seit einigen Tagen spielt das Gerät nur noch die Musik ab, die Stimme des Sängers ist entweder gar nicht oder kaum zu hören.
Daher möchte ich den mp3-Player zurückgeben und den Kaufpreis erstattet oder ein neues und voll funktionstüchtiges Gerät erhalten.
