n his First Inaugural Address in 1933, Franklin D. Roosevelt said, “The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.” Over the years since that time, the statement has proved its verity. Wherever and whenever humanity has risen above its fears, it was always on the level of the individual where that battle was won or lost. There is always a first brave person who breaks step with the stampeding masses fleeing in panic, who pauses to help another to his feet, creating his own eye in the storm.
