Impression
1. 11 mm echogenic nodule in the liver is most likely a small benign cavernous hemangioma. Unless the patient has any risk factors for malignancy this can be followed by with an ultrasound in 6 to 12 months time to ensure stability
2. Cholelithiasis could the source of billary colic
3. Gallbladder wall is abnormally thickened suggesting chronic cholecystitis
4. The kidneys are abnormal, there is mild to moderate hydronephrosis on the left which is difficult to determine whether this is chronic or acute. The is also severe hydronephrosis on the right. This may be chronic in nature as the entire right kidney is abnormal with the cortex not identified and he entire right kidney comprised of multiple cysts
5. The bladder is abnormal. The pre void volume is markedly elevated at 1300 ml and after void there was still marked post void volume of 730 ml. The cause of this is indeterminate as the prostate gland is not enlarged. Urological consultation is suggested for management
