TiO2 thin films with various levels

TiO2 thin films with various levels of Mn incorporation were prepared by reactive magnetron co-sputtering, and an Mn concentration as high as 40.2% could be incorporated into the rutile lattice without phase separation, on the basis of XRD, analytical TEM and XPS.
