報告內容】 Mammographic guided wire localization was performed: 1. The patient's Right breast was positioned for spot images. 2. The coordinate of one group of clustered fine pleomorphic microcalcifications at UIQ of RT breast was determined. 3. After standard sterilization procedure, one needle puncture was performed and the localizing wire was retained over the lesion region after withdrawal of the puncture needle for subsequent surgical excisional biopsy. 4. The whole procedure was smooth and the patient stood it well. Mammography of the soft tissue specimen from excisional biopsy of Rt breast revealed: > The soft tissue specimen contained one group of clustered fine pleomorphic microcalcifications and one guide wire.
