1.2 ResponsibilitiesFollowing are the responsibilities of personnel involved in the scope of this procedure.Project Manager - Shall report to the Project Director and shall be overall responsible for completion of the Project.Construction Manager - Shall report to the Project Manager. Shall be responsible for all construction activities related to this procedure, and shall co-ordinate with the Project Planning, QAQC and site engineer for implementation of this procedure.Planning Manager - Shall report to the Project Manager. Shall coordinate with Construction Manager, site engineer / supervisor in efficient completion of site work meeting scheduled dates.Site QA/QC Manager - Shall report to Project Manager and QAQC Manager at Project office.Shall be overall responsible for QA/QC related matters and all inspection in line to this procedure.HSE Manager - Shall report to Project Manager. - Shall be responsible for monitoring safety Performance and where necessary initiating corrective action through line management. HDD Superintendent - Shall report to Construction Manager. - Shall be responsible for execution and implementation of all site activities related to this procedure. Records and obtain certification in line to this procedure. Site QC Engineer - Shall report to Site QA/QC Manager. - Shall be responsible for overall control and inspection of QC activities in line to this written procedure.Site HSE Engineer/ Supervisors - Shall report to Site HSE Manager. - Shall be responsible to check and control safe work practices as per Project HSE Plan and Risk Assessment attached to this procedure
