Zhu and Chen report a Castleman’s disease at hilum region misdiagnosed as HCC. They give a caution that CD should be differentiated with HCC. Unfortunately, very nice case report regarding CD has been just published on March 2013 in our Journal. Furthermore, their caution has been relatively common sense. Lack of clinical lab data, any immunohitochmical study, and novel therapeutic approach was very difficult to accept the case report as a scientific Journal. In addition, the quality of this study was poorer than the one that also published in the neighboring Journal on 2012. If they could not differentiate it between HCC and lymph node, I would say that the image quality of their study is very poor. Furthermore, they did not cite any recent similar report as I pointed out.
