12.1. The Supplier shall supply the Products at the agreed prices in Annex 3, which shall remain valid throughout one year from the Effective Date, unless otherwise agreed. Thereafter, new annual prices shall be agreed from year to year, based on an annual review of the relationship, which prices shall apply for as long as no amended prices have been agreed and in any case to all orders placed by myStromer during the next year. In the event that the Supplier shall request price increases as a result of increased sourcing or production costs, it shall at myStromer’s request have to document such cost increases.
