am Montag sehe ich mit EZ und HR die short list und werde dann hoffentlich die ersten Gespraeche fuehren.
Danach haette ich ‎gerne natuerlich auch Eure Meinung.
Ich dachte mir, dass wir mit max. 2-3 Kandidaten der final list ‎mit Euch ViCos durchfuehren (nur der Kandidat und ihr) und wir uns dann in einer finalen Telco auf den Finalisten einigen.
Dann sollten wir ‎diesen finalen Kandidaten auch bei TO / SB platzieren.
Was fuer eine Vorgehensweise schlagt Ihr dazu vor?

Wie sieht Eure Verfuegbarkeit in der Woche vom 29.08 aus? Wir sollten unsere Kalender schon mal blocken.
