In the event that the Supplier wish

In the event that the Supplier wishes to implement any changes in the Specifications or to make major changes to its manufacturing operations, it shall only be allowed to implement any such changes with the prior written agreement of myStromer. If the Supplier fails to comply with these requirements, it shall be liable for any resulting costs and losses.
