When driving behind another vehicle

When driving behind another vehicle, drivers are to always keep a safe distance between their
vehicle and the vehicle in front.
In normal conditions, the 4 second rule applies when following another vehicle. It should take 4

In conditions of poor visibility or rain, increase the distance to 6 seconds or pull over in a safe
