Vendors must supply monthly rolling forecasts directly to L.L.Bean's designated forwarder and L.L.Bean Hong Kong Shipping Department and/or L.L.Bean Logistics Department in Freeport, Maine, as applicable.

Forecast is to be sent out during week 3 of the month for the following 4-6 weeks of projected shipping volume. This is a guideline in order to facilitate the management of equipment and booking of vessel slots.

Critical information to include:
•Ship date
•CBM (cubic measurement)
•Number and size of containers to be utilized, if full container loads, or indicate "Less than Container load"


In the case of major changes, revise and resend to Forwarder and L.L.Bean.
