Est-ce que je dois simplement renvoyer mon PC à votre prestataire pour qu’il daigne le réparer et me changer l’écran ? Il n’a pas réussi à le faire la première fois, je ne vois pas comment il y arriverait maintenant
 Est-ce que je dois porter plainte ? S’il le faut ou si je n’ai pas de réponse je passerai par cette voie.
 Est-ce que vous pouvez me proposer un remplacement de mon PC ? ou une offre très intéressante pour l’acquisition d’un nouveau PC équivalent ?
