print the instruction sheet in 20x14 format (see pic initial.jpg)
fold vertically the instruction sheet into 3 parts and keep up the part with the image of the lamp and the name Sorpresa Power Led (see pic step 1.jpg, step 2.jpg, step 3.jpg)
fold horizontally the instruction sheet into 4 parts and keep up the part with the image of the lamp and the name Sorpresa Power Led (see pic step 4.jpg, step 5.jpg, step 6.jpg, step 7.jpg)
lay down the folded instruction sheet inside the carton box on the top of the blister as showed in the pic here attached (see file position. jpg where I pointed out by an orange arrow the place where you should lay the instruction sheet)
If possible please insert 5 folded instruction sheet inside the 5 final samples of packaging you're going to send us.
