The Liver is normal in size. The right lobe segmentm 8, there is an echogenic nodule measuring 8 x 8 x 11 mm, which is suspicious for a small hemagloma. No other focal lesion is identified in the live. The direction of flow in the main portal vein is normal. The intrahepatic and extrahepatic billary ductal system is normal in calibre
There is a mobile gallstone measuring 34 x 24 mm. The stone is mobile. The gallbladder wall thickness is 3 mm which is at the upper end of normal. There is no fluid around the gallbladder. The spleen is normal in size and echotexture The pancreas is unremarkable
The left kidney measures 15.8 cm in sagittal diameter which is enlarged. There is also a mild to moderate hydronephrosisof the left kidney with dilatation of the calyces and proximal ureter. The entire left ureter could not be imaged and in the bladder a left ureteric jet was seen. This suggests that the proximal dilatation of the collecting system may be chronic in nature and due to a prior episode of obstruction and may not be acute. However on the right the kidney apopoears diffusely abnormal. The entire kidney is comprised of multiple cysts with no normal renal cortical tissue identified. There also appears to be severe hydroinephrosis with the proximal ureter dilated up to 31mm. The entire right ureter cannnot be identified but distally there is no ureteric jet visible in the bladder
The abdominal aorta is normal in calibre measuring 1.5 cm in AP diameter. There is not ascites
