In the event of termination of this

In the event of termination of this Agreement for whatever reason, the Sup-plier shall immediately cease its activities hereunder in respect of the manufacturing of Products. The Parties shall promptly return or destroy all Confidential Information of the other Party in their possession, in particular copies of Specifications, except that they shall be allowed to retain one copy of Confidential Information to document their compliance with the con-fidentiality requirements of this Agreement.
