Activities J, K, L, and M shared a float of 3 days. The 4-day delay onActivity J makes these activities critical. In fact, there is now a delay of 1 day to the overall project completion. This has three significant impacts: (1) Activities D, E are no longer critical, and share a newly created float of 1 day; (2) Activities N and O lose the 3 days of float, which they shared with Activity M, since Activity M is now critical; and (3) The total float forActivities H and I also increases by 1 day due to this delay.
