Please be informed that our Company has continually appointed MSIG Insurance (Hong Kong) Limited (“MSIG”) as our Medical Insurance service provider for the period from 8 September 2016 to 25 September 2016.

Effective the same date, your existing MSIG medical card (ie the Panel Doctor Medical Card) will be terminated and to be returned to HR Department via the “Medical Claim Form Submission Box”. For reimbursement of the covered medical expenses, subject to respective benefit schedule, eligible staff members will be required to fill in the medical claim form (downloadable from intranet) and submit to HR Department for processing. Attached please find the benefit summary and claims procedure for your information and reference.
