Abnormal MDP uptake including: (1) skull: insignificant (2) spines: insignificant (3) shoulder girdles and rib cages: right lower rib cage (post. aspect) with modestly increased uptake (4) bony pelvis: insignificant (5) upper limbs: insignificant (6) lower limbs: insignificant 2. Bony mets. might be be considered as correlated with recent MRI and CT mentioning osteolytic lesions; pls correlate with other modality or we would like to follow up closely (within 6-12 months). Remark: Pls be aware that there is limitation for MDP scan to detect purely osteolytic bony mets
