The purpose of this study is to explore the implementation of specific teaching programmes designed for students in physical education to enhance their musical basic skills, and to explore the reasons why physical education students enjoy music lessons after implementation. The research object was 19 students of the fifth grade physical education class of Happy State (pseudonym) of Kaohsiung City, the research method was selected to test the experimental research single group pre-test --- post-test design, implemented eight weeks, one section of a week (40 minutes), using SPSS21 statistical software for a single sample t-check, in order to check the subject of the study in tone, rhythm, Whether there was a significant difference in the performance of singing and the ability of scoring before and after the score was significantly different. After the course, the researchers prepared their own questionnaires and after-school interview records to analyze the reasons why students love music classes.
