This effect is studied on prepared dispersions containing Irgasol DAM and Asutol 644 as dispersing agents and auxiliaries at different time intervals such as 2, 7, and 17 hours. The results in Figure 7 show that the turbidity of prepared dispersions is increased with the increment of ball milling time which means that the prepared dispersion properties improve. Furthermore, Figure 7 indicates that turbidity of prepared dispersions containing wetting agents and b-cyclodextrin is increased in the presence of both dispersing agents. It can be attributed to b-cyclodextrin include disperse dye molecule in their hydrophobic cavity in aqueous solution. This is related to the diameter of the b-cyclodextrin and disperse dye molecule. As a result of this retention, b-cyclodextrin can forms inclusion complexes with many organic compounds. Such substrates usually form inclusion compounds with 1:1 stoichiometry. This is related to the diameter of the cyclodextrin. For example, disperse red 1 has been reported to form 1:1 inclusion complexes with b-cyclodextrin (guest:host).
