ChIP assays were performed accordin

ChIP assays were performed according to the manufacturer's protocol (ChIP-IT Express kit, Active Motif). The percentage of bound DNA was quantified against the original DNA input. Specific primers were designed to amplify the MACC1 promoter sequence which was immunoprecipitated with specific YB1 antibody (Rabbit, Abcam, ab106579). The primers used for the amplification of the precipitated DNA fragments were listed in Supplementary Table 1.
