FAQ - SiteTalk Listing Update
Some members have no previous experience with the GXG stock market. We will create a detailed description that explains the entire process, from converting your OFC´s to trading your shares. This description will be available later this week.
FAQ / INFORMATION:
I want to convert my OFC¹s and claim my shares. How will this process work?
The process of conversion of the OFCs to shares in ST Communities Ltd is available on www.mlds.cc. This site is soon translated in to our 16 main languages.
What is a share certificate?
A share certificate will show the total number of shares that you own in ST Communities Ltd. The certificate shows you your ownership in the company.
Why do I need a hardcopy in order to sell?
You need to claim the share certificate hardcopy as the soft copy is not negotiable. The hardcopy will be the share certificate indicating your ownership of the shares.
Regarding the charges of 30 . Should members bear this charge, because members were paid the KYC charge?
This charge is the cost of handling and shipping the share certificate to the member.
When i did the KYC, i was told that we should link all our accounts in to one. And when listed we get all shares in one account. Now we have to claim certificate from every account?
It is a technical issue that we are currently fixing. Please give us a day to sort this out.
Some accounts that you linked towards your own KYC might be stated under different name, how does that work now if you have to claim the Certificate separately?
The certificate will indicate your ownership. The name on the certificate would indicate how many shares the individual owns. So if different people own the shares, each named person will need a separate certificate.
Why is the share price on the certificate valued 0.001 ?
0.001 is the par value of the share in the company, not the market value of the share. Par value is the nominal amount assigned to a security by the issuer. For an equity security, par value is usually a very small amount that bears no relationship to its market price, except for preferred stock, in which case par value is used to calculate dividend payments. The market value is totally different. The market value will be indicated on the GXG exchange site once the shares have been distributed and traded. Facebooks par value is USD 0,00006, much lower than Sitetalk. The market price on Facebook today is USD 30,1.
Why is it another company New Star Capital Ltd., who changed name to ST Communities, and not SiteTalk Pte that are listed?
ST Communities Ltd is the company that owns SiteTalk. You will when everything is done receive shares in ST Communities Ltd. which is listed on GXG Markets in England and Denmark. Please do not contact GXG Markets directly! Read the questions and answers on the FAQ section at www.mlds.cc or use the contact form on that webpage to address your questions to MLDS Inc.
Who is major shareholder (>5%) Navez Sachedina!
The share register is being updated. Once updated, the major shareholder will be MLDS Inc., the company that will issue the shares.
What is the website www.stcommunities.com?
We own this URL because its a requirement with a site for investor relationship. This information will come out after the listing process has been done, and we will create a nice and professional investor relationship site.
NOTE: We have listed the company! There have been no trades on the counter at the moment, as all the shares have not been distributed to you the members.
