The customer's last purchase of N6037 from us was on 15th April 2016. He brought this issue to us on 25 July, the same day when I forwarded the case to Turn.
Since the serial number was confirmed in-warranty, if customer couldn't be able to change the sensor board on their own, I will suggest them to send back to 3S for repairing under warranty.
If they can repair by themselves, I shall process the RMA after your confirmation of which parts, besides Sensor BD, need to change to solve this issue.
