During last couple months, there are 4 cases of RC master bathroom iToilet cracks were reported. Among all those cases, neither MI-ENG or your on-site specialist could locate the point of impact that directly lead to the crack. As this iToilet is the top of the line product from Duravit, we would appreciate if they could provide a full support and investigate the cause of crack.
