4.d’Arabian has always struggled with her weight, she says, so looking past food that dazzles and focusing on what’s going to nourish and nurture is a mindset she’s needed to hone over the years. “If I eat lots of sugar and stuff that doesn’t fuel me in a long-term, healthy way, I feel awful and I also gain weight,” she explains. “But just gaining weight isn’t what makes me feel awful - it’s not having nutritious food, it’s not exercising, it’s not doing all those things my body was intended to do.”
