The stamp "Auslagen" is an company-office-stamp that marks
an advance on costs, here: 47.15 Thaler (Thaler=old German currency) paid by the company
before the goods (or a service) are received by the recipient.
The red line just marks it extra.
"Rossla" is a small community in Germany (today Roßla).
Is send to "Witzenhausen" (Germany)
"Write blue number 1452/144? , 1425 What does it mean?"
I gess it could be 1452 for all cost result and a Signature or (may be T'ler) but not 144.
On the backside you see some amount of numbers including 1425, 47 and other numbers.
It may bring you up to 1452 (I calculated different ways, but could not find a logical result).
It looks like some person first wrote 1425 and signed P.Z and annother one corrected it to 1452.
Both are written in blue, but shure different handscript and pencile.
