In accordance with the management instruction, Mr. Kwok will be transferred to Hi-Level Technology Limited as System Administrator with effect from 1st Jun 2016. In this connection, Mr. Kwok ‘s seniority with RSL carry through to Hi-Level Technology Limited. Subject to this agreement, we will take upon his seniority for the employment period of RSL (i.e. 14th May 2014 to 31st May 2016) for further consideration.
