Comparing the incidence rate of pat

Comparing the incidence rate of patient safety accidents in the recent three years, it is shown that after the implementation of personnel management, improvement of medical environment, education and training, safety concept and shift scheduling, the incidence of abnormal accidents has indeed improved. As for falling accidents, why are they still not effectively reduced?
